Taiwan west card Sales Terms (Terms and the Conditions of the Sales)
1 introduction
1.1 all Taiwan west card sales contract, confirm the order and customer order shall be included in the following terms and conditions.
2 quotation/order confirmation
2.1 product price changes will not be individual notice, customer payment amount is given priority to with then provide goods prices.
2.2 before formally established paper sales confirmations, unit price of product can be modified.

3.1 the terms of payment is cash or month knot 30 ~ 90 days, according to the sales slip of payment shall prevail.
3.2 Taiwan west card according to customer's sales contract, confirm the order and customer order to suppliers after purchase, if the customer cancel the order the customer 100% purchasing cost, expenses and losses.
4 the force majeure event occurs

5 delivery
5.1 goods transported to the site of the customer requirement, the customer to ensure that the shipping company can smoothly enter the customer designated place and deliver the goods.
6 risk and ownership of the goods
6.1 sales of goods delivery to the following cargo operation, Taiwan west card is not responsible for damage to the goods, if there is damage are responsible by customer themselves.
6.2 as shown in Taiwan's west card sales list: this transaction is conditional sale, in accordance with the provisions of movables guaranty law of the third chapter, the outstanding bill or pay in payment for goods not paid before the subject matter of ownership is still belong to the company all, the buyer has no objection to agree, the company need not through legal procedures, to retrieve the goods at any time or for payment.
6.3 if the customer before the outstanding payment for goods, goods is sold to a third party, the customer is the west card for third party claims to Taiwan.
7 the resale
7.1 if the customer Taiwan west card goods for resale, customer must be conducted in accordance with the registered trademark on the package sales, and guarantee the goods sales terms and conditions will be consistent with the original date.
8 the application of law
8.1 the sales terms and relations between the seller and the buyer should be in accordance with the laws of the republic of China and applicable.
