Liquid pumping concrete additives

Sika ® Pump is a kind of common concrete admixtures, optimization of concrete Pump.Improve the workability of concrete, so as to improve concrete pumping efficiency, and protect the pump and pipeline to avoid excessive wear.

Using range

Technical information

The concrete pouring work instruction

  • Be sure to follow the practice of production and good casting concrete standard specification
  • Before concrete pouring at the scene, please first experiment test, especially the new hybrid method in design or production of new concrete components
  • Fresh concrete shall indeed and cured as soon as possible

Concrete proportioning design

  • To identify specific w/c ratio of water, should be moderately adjusting pumping agent Sika ® Pump dosage
  • When using pumping agent Sika ® Pump, are required to calculate the appropriate mixture design
  • Before the start of the project, be sure to use local materials in design of mixture experiment for approval, to ensure the suitability

  • After they join measuring water in pumping agent Sika ® Pump join factory of ready-mixed concrete mixer cement/aggregate mixture.Please do not add to the dry mixture.
  • It is recommended to add pumping agent Sika ® Pump to the ready-mixed factory wet mixture of at least 90 seconds after (in accordance with the condition and the mixing machine performance and decide).
  • Pumping agent Sika ® Pump will change the viscosity of concrete mixture, and under the same w/c ratio, the more need to slightly higher mixer basic mixture load.

Increase the difficulty of concrete mixture cohesion

About 0.2% to 0.4% (cement weight ratio)

Reduce the pump pressure and compensate the missing part of fine aggregate in the mixture

About 0.5% to 1.5% (cement weight ratio)
