秘鲁西卡（Sika Peru）在利马大都会地区开设了新总部，并引入了一种现代工厂，用于生产混凝土混合物，砂浆产品和丙烯酸液体施加膜（LAM）。有了这一新工厂，Sika将其生产能力增加了两倍，并加强了其在秘鲁的市场地位。
在卢卢莫（Lucumo）的新网站上，西卡（Sika）委托现代工厂用于砂浆和混合物。丙烯酸LAM制造设备也已从Lurín的现有工厂移至新地点，并进一步现代化。新的工厂和供应中心将导致总体容量增加三倍。最佳生产过程和效率是这家新生产工厂的关键特征。拥有现代实验室以及新培训设施的新总部将改善客户体验并展示Sika的创新能力。未来的扩展计划设想增加用于制造高性能混凝土混合物的聚合物的设施，以及用于建筑结构的防水解决方案。

建筑业有强劲的增长预测
对采矿业和基础设施项目的大量投资正在推动秘鲁的建筑业。2017年秋天，秘鲁政府启动了一项投资计划，数量不到90亿美元。该计划包括建造超过7,500公里的道路，46,000栋房屋以及在几个城市进行排水系统的翻新。预计2018年建筑业预计将增长4.5％。
